1. Why is the compressed packaging not thick enough when opened?
Due to compression and packaging, it will be squeezed. Please separate all panels and lay them flat on the ground without overlapping. Please leave it for 2 days and it will return to its original state before use.
2. Can it completely isolate outside noise?

Sound absorption does not mean sound insulation
Sound absorption and sound insulation are two different concepts. Noise does not refer to the size of the sound source, but includes reverberation, echo and noise. Sound absorption is mainly to absorb reverberation, echo and noise, and the sound insulation rate is low. Sound insulation is mainly based on the size of the sound source, and the sound absorption rate is low.
4.Sound insulation does not mean complete silence

4.About packaging and shipping
In order to facilitate transportation, this product is packed in compression packaging. Do not install the product immediately after receiving it. It is recommended to leave it for 1-2 days and wait for the sponge to rebound to its original state before installing it.
